I went after booking a consultation with the chief director ㅇㅂㅎ, but because surgery finished late, I stayed at the clinic for an hour and a half. So while I was waiting, I also had a consultation with director ㅇㅇㅅ. Both the manager and the director were very kind, and the director didn’t pressure me into any other surgery. They kept recommending a reservation deposit, though. Still, as a first consultation, I was satisfied. They kept asking if I had any more questions, kept adjusting the line several times and asking whether the height was okay, and explained the procedures I needed well.
