It has been about a year since the surgery, and I had full facial liposuction. Right after, I was swollen at the level of being stepped on by an elephant, and in week 2 I got a swelling shot, swelled up sharply for a short time, then it went down a day or two later. In the end, the final result will probably vary a lot from person to person. Personally, I would give it a 10/6.5
