I went for my first aftercare treatment today. Originally, it would have been perfect if I went on Wednesday, but I postponed it and ended up going on Friday ;;
Since it’s liposuction for severe obesity.. rather than a dramatic change, I had the procedure hoping it would motivate me to diet
What’s different from a regular diet is, first, since I’m doing it while accepting the surgical risks, putting that aside, it can help shape the lines while dieting, and circulation is especially important
So compared with usual, I’m stretching a lot and massaging a lot with my hands
I think I naturally end up paying attention to those parts!
For aftercare, they start with radiofrequency first, and when I had radiofrequency, it felt refreshing. The person doing the treatment said as the swelling goes down, it may feel more lumpy, so massage a lot at home, and especially if I apply lotion well, it helps with elasticity care!
Because there can be dryness during the recovery process, they told me to pay attention to moisturizing!
I hadn’t really been paying attention to moisturizing, but for the remaining period I’m going to focus on it
What I’m currently doing is 2 liters of water Diet (regular meals + light dinner) - lots of vegetables Walking at least 30 minutes a day Stretching whenever I can
I’m doing it like this, and when I went today, I was down 6 cm and my weight had dropped a total of 5 kg!
I need to do my abdomen now too, but I’m worried;;ㅠㅠ After some time passes after surgery it’s okay, but right after surgery, for 2-3 days, it felt like I was going to die
I’m leaving this for myself to look back on and as a motivation record, so I hope you’ll read it casually
The person who did my aftercare today also took lots of photos, so I’m uploading a lot of comparison shots There’s still some sagging around the elbow area, so I’m planning to massage this area a lot
