I had buried-suture surgery, and while it was pretty, the swelling lasted a long time and it came undone after 3 years. So they redid it for me, but it loosened again, and when I searched online I found that quite a few people had the same issue, so I think it is better to be careful depending on the structure of your own eyes. The consultation itself is nice because they look at your whole face when you go, but since it is a large hospital, detailed care seems difficult.
