Everyone was kind and explained things in a calm, detailed way. They showed me photos of cases similar to mine and cases operated on to achieve the line I wanted, and they explained things by saying that surgery would not help in my eyes if it would not help, which I liked. But when they explained things once, they talked straight through without giving me a chance to ask questions, so I kept forgetting the things I wanted to ask in between and there were a few things I could not ask.
