I went in after taking photos and getting a consultation, and the moment I walked in, they immediately started talking rapidly about my nose, so I was a little flustered. They seem to catch right away what needs improvement, and they pointed out things I didn't even know about. That part was good.
Because I have a hump nose with a bridge, they suggested putting in 1 mm of silicone, correcting the tip, doing osteotomy, and using dermis because my skin is thin, which seemed fine.
But they also recommended paranasal augmentation and alar reduction together, which felt unnecessary... Still, the manager separately told me that those weren't necessary, so I was able to talk more comfortably with the manager about the extras.
