It's unusual that they do consultations over KakaoTalk instead of in person. The answers seem thorough, but the replies are slow and sometimes get ignored, so although I was drawn to their surgical method, I'm actually becoming more negative about getting surgery after thinking that if there's even a small problem during aftercare later, they'd probably reply slowly like this. I'd like to see some reviews here.
