They took very good care of me after the surgery. They are not the type to try to tack on extra things and make money; they only do what is truly necessary.
However, the communication style between the director and the consultation manager seemed to need improvement. At first I consulted with the director, and then I consulted with the consultation manager. The consultation manager then listened again to what I had discussed with the director and gave extra explanations, so in the end they stated the same conclusion as the director, but the reasoning they used to arrive there was completely different. It was confusing as to whose words were correct. I thought it would be more efficient if the consultation manager continued the consultation after hearing what the patient and the director had discussed.
