I waited about 20 minutes and then had a consultation with the director, followed by one with the manager. It was all over in about 10 or 15 minutes? Both of them spoke quickly, said everything they needed to say, and told me to ask if I had any questions at the end. I went thinking I would do it without an implant, but they said my hump was large and my skin was thin, so I would need artificial dermis or silicone. They also said if the hump were shaved down, the nose tip would look droopy too, so they suggested using ear cartilage or septal cartilage instead (they would decide which one during surgery). I was not even considering artificial dermis or silicone, so it hit me hard in the first consultation and I was completely thrown off........... In the end, we decided on hump shaving + osteotomy + artificial dermis on the bridge + cartilage for the tip. The total was 3.3 million won, but if paying cash it would be 3 million. When I asked what if the dermis gets absorbed, they said then I could just get another A/S. (A/S for 3 years, follow-up every two days)...... Honestly, because the consultation was cut off at 10 minutes, I could not really tell whether this clinic is good or bad.. It was the one I liked most while shopping around.. Still disappointing But it does seem to be famous. While I was waiting for the consultation, I saw 6 to 7 people with nose splints on (around 11 o'clock).
