I went in thinking I didn’t want an implant, but they said the hump was big and the skin was thin, so they’d need to use acellular dermal matrix or silicone. They also said that if they shaved down the hump, the tip of the nose would also look droopy, so they suggested using ear cartilage or septal cartilage (which one to use would be decided during surgery).
