I had inflammation for 2-3 years in the area where my hump was shaved down and silicone was inserted, and when I heard it was severe, I had it removed right away. I lived for a little over half a year with a slightly upturned, crooked nose due to contracture, then decided to have it corrected. I chose to correct the crookedness as much as possible without an implant. Without silicone, my nasal bridge looked too wide, so I also had an osteotomy. Half a year later, the osteotomy area spread a bit and my nose did not look smooth, which stressed me out, so a week ago I had revision surgery to bring the separated osteotomy area back together and insert a very thin layer of silicone. So far I really like it. I hope inflammation does not come back ㅠㅠ
