For nostril reduction, there is an incision line if you look from under the nose. I think the scar will need to be watched. The front-view nostril size is good. For the nasal tip cartilage tying, the tied part is tucked in like a pinched nose, and it is noticeable. I think I need to see how it heals a bit more.
