I went to 4 places, and 1 place said septal cartilage + donated rib cartilage if needed, 2 places said septal cartilage, donated rib cartilage, and ear cartilage, and 1 place said they would do it with only septal cartilage. Is donated rib cartilage necessary for a first surgery?? Are they trying to raise the nasal tip a lot? It’s hard to decide. Everyone was talking about 5mm~6mm silicone, while the doctor who only uses septal cartilage mentioned 3~4. Is this a choice between natural vs. dramatic? What do you all think about donated rib cartilage for a first surgery??
