I went to consult because I heard through the grapevine that someone had great nose surgery results here. The explanation was calm, and the clinic wasn't too crowded or anything. The manager just stuck to the prepared script, so it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I actually hate it when the manager explains things like a doctor. The director had a bit of an artist-like image? I think they would do a good job safely, but I couldn't really imagine what I'd look like afterward, so I didn't choose this place, but the consultation atmosphere was fine.
