My surgery is the day after tomorrow, and I have to go to work on day 8 after surgery. What if the bruising and swelling are really bad? If I take the three types of bruising/swelling meds, apply No Blue Gel well, take night walks, and do hot and cold compresses properly, will it be somewhat okay? Should I eat a spoonful of turmeric because they say it’s good for inflammation? I haven’t even had the surgery yet, but I’m already full of worries. It’s an old-fashioned company, so I feel like everyone will say something. I wonder if I cut my hair for nothing. I should have grown it down to my eyes in advance to get ready to cover it.
