After 15 years, I removed the silicone and released and repositioned the nose tip cartilage. It had been tied too tightly for too long, so one side had caved in, but they also did a good job of adding a bit of plump cartilage grafting. I went to consultation three times, and I prefer a natural result, so I like it. My nostrils are uneven, but they were a little uneven before too, and I do not really think anyone looks at nostrils, and now I want to stop messing with it, so I am going to live with it as is and am reasonably satisfied. I recommend this hospital to acquaintances too! A close acquaintance also had surgery here.
