After 15 years, I removed the silicone, released the cartilage in the tip of my nose, and had it repositioned. Because it had been tied down for so long, one side had become indented, but they also nicely added a plump cartilage graft. I went to consult three times, and I prefer a natural look, so I’m happy with it. My nostrils are uneven, but they were a little uneven to begin with, and who’s going to stare at someone’s nostrils anyway? I want to stop messing with my nose now, so I’m planning to live with it and be reasonably satisfied. This is also a hospital I would recommend to friends! A close friend of mine also had surgery here.
