The doctor clearly told me whether there was a possibility or not. He seemed like he had a bit of a temper, and it felt like he would strongly scold me if I complained later, and I could smell a lot of cigarette smoke on his hands. But out of the three hospitals I consulted, he was the sharp one who even pointed out the subtle problems with my nose.
