The thing I regret most in my life is getting philtrum surgery here. A scarless philtrum reduction? Scarless? I really have nothing but tears. Please everyone, do your research carefully before going through with it. If I had known in advance that this part, the columella-side skin/fat, would be permanently lost and affect my facial impression, I absolutely would never have done it. They said the scar would be fine if I used makeup, but come on... It's been years since the surgery, and I still end up like this. Every time I look at it, I feel crushed. During the surgery, I heard a clicking tongue sound like 'ah, tsk,' which means something must have gone wrong, and the scar on that side is even worse. I get angry every time I watch YouTube.
