The thing I regret most in my life is getting philtrum surgery here. Scarless philtrum reduction? Scarless, huh? I’m honestly in tears. Please, everyone, do your research carefully before getting it done. If I had known in advance that the nose-chin fat here would be permanently lost and that it would affect my appearance, I absolutely would never have done it. They said the scar would be fine with makeup, but come on... It’s been years since the surgery, and this is how it turned out. Every time I look at it, I feel crushed. During the surgery I heard a clicking sound like, “Ah, tsk,” as if something had gone wrong, and the scar there is even worse. I get so angry every time I watch YouTube.
