At first, the manager gave me a very detailed and long consultation. By the time the consultation with the director ended, 2 hours had passed.. Because my nose was small, they recommended using donated costal cartilage, and since it was short, they also said they would reduce the columella a bit. At other hospitals, I never felt that the manager was particularly professional, but here the manager seemed to know things in a way that felt professional, if that makes sense. They showed me before-and-after photos, and the look was glamorous. It seemed like they paid a lot of attention to the tip of the nose, and overall it was a satisfying consultation.
