First of all, my hump is on the more severe side, and because of that, my nasal tip looks like it droops down? and my nose tends to look long. It also has a slight bulbous-nose feel.

Since this is my first surgery, I wasn't thinking about implants, so they explained in detail what it would be like if I did it without an implant, what it would be like if I used an implant, and all the pros and cons of each.
ㅁㅋ had a bit more of a scary..ㅋㅋㅋ feeling than ㅇㄴㅅㅌ, but they still gave a good consultation. They said that using silicone would be much better there, that it would look pretty and I wouldn't regret it, and they showed me with 3D virtual plastic surgery, so I could really get a clear sense of it. And the director spoke in a way that really showed pride? in the surgery. They said there would be almost no side effects, it would turn out pretty, and so on. Anyway, they spoke with so much confidence that I think it did make me trust them a bit.
Honestly, I was trying not to use silicone because I felt like if I put it in, I would definitely get inflammation at some point later, but doing it definitely seems to have a better effect, so ㅠㅜ I'm really torn.. My hump is also quite prominent, so they said that even if they do osteotomy, if I do it without an implant, it could grow back and become bumpy againㅠㅠㅠ I think I need to think about it more carefullyㅠㅠ
