In conclusion, I am satisfied!!
The surgeries I had were nasal tip surgery, bulbous nose correction, short nose correction, and alar reduction. Aside from the scar in the middle of the columella, the alar reduction scars are truly not visible at all. The photos are from week 2, but it has been 3 weeks now, the swelling has gone down a lot, and it is subtly getting slimmer little by little, so I am very satisfied~!
I was worried about the surgery, but it really did not hurt at all, and there was nothing except discomfort from not being able to breathe through my nose on the first day? I also had almost no bruising except a very slight yellow bruise around the glabella, and facial swelling outside the nose was on the mild side too haha. After the splint was removed, I could definitely see with my own eyes that the swelling was going down rapidly every day, and after week 2 I forgot I had nose surgery lol. Except for a pulling feeling in the columella, it now feels like my own nose. I think I recovered quickly because it was implant-free. Making facial expressions still feels sli~ghtly awkward maybe? But since it was done naturally, I think nobody would know unless I said something lol. Close friends said my image changed from cute to a bit more refined and mature haha. I think it is because the nasal tip came together and my nostrils show less. It is the image I wanted, so I am very satisfied..
Also, do not trust the photos in cosmetic surgery review apps exactly as they are lol. It seems like even a little Photoshop goes into all of them... (Of course there may be honest places too!!! Let’s take them critically..) I think it is really right to use review apps only to understand the director’s tendencies and style at that clinic and whether they would suit me, then go to consultations diligently and trust the director when entrusting the surgery. Really go to consultations diligently!! For me, it was the first clinic I visited, so I did not have a standard, but I was torn at the end, so I went for a second consultation and decided right away. I hope you all consult thoroughly with the director, think carefully, and decide~!
