First, I had a consultation with the consultation manager, who discussed what areas I wanted surgery for, and then I met the director. They looked at my nose in great detail, and I think the consultation lasted about 20 minutes…! They answered all my questions and explained things thoroughly, so the consultation itself was very good. The consultation manager was also very knowledgeable about noses and gave me a very long consultation. But my nose has no functional problems, yet they recommended more surgery than necessary, including functional nose surgery, so I felt I absolutely shouldn’t have surgery there….
