Complete Removal of Septal Extension Graft

After nasal bone osteotomy and shaving down the hump, the shape of my nose changed a lot. Since it was implant-free, there is no silicone, and the nasal tip was raised with a septal extension graft. It was extended quite long, so my image is very different from before. Why is it hard to find failure reviews after complete removal? Collapse, deviation, columellar retraction, drooping, upturning. My nasal tip was a drooping type, so it was almost touching my philtrum, and if I do complete removal, I feel like the skin will have stretched and then droop even more.
