I had surgery 6 months ago. I wanted something natural, but once it was done and the cast came off, my nose became incredibly flashy. They didn't tell me how many millimeters they used, so long after the surgery I asked on KakaoTalk, and I found out it was inserted much higher than I expected. Because they're famous for flashy results, the donated rib cartilage was inserted long, and when I smile it bends due to tension, leaving my nostrils uneven. A plastic surgery clinic with a 3-month expiration date.
