I think the doctor has a strong sense of pride, probably because their paper has been highly evaluated, lol. Still, even before being doctor and patient, there should be basic courtesy between people, so it felt a bit uncomfortable. I just have a wide nose, but after hearing it was a hump nose, I ruled it out.
