I got the impression that the director was a bit busy, but they kept adjusting the line in all sorts of ways and kept checking with me, asking things like whether this would be okay or that would be okay. When I said I wanted something natural, they did not force canthoplasty or anything like that at all! The manager was also very kind and kept smiling while answering all of my questions!
