I went for a natural adhesion consultation recently, and maybe because there was only one director, I felt confident and they looked at everything carefully, so I made a reservation!! They also checked what the aftereffects would be and told me not to overdo it, and we decided on a compromise between my own wishes and the advice based on the doctor's experience! It was good
