I had partial incision double eyelid surgery about 3 years ago. I wanted very obvious outer-line double eyelids, but the surgeon discouraged it. In the end I had surgery with a moderate(?) outer line, and I do like the line itself, but now it is a bit uneven.... (I think this is somewhat affected because the strength of my eyelid opening is different on both sides and asymmetrical) There has been absolutely no loosening or anything like that so far. But when I booked the consultation, the manager was a bit aggressive. I asked when there would be an opening so I could make a reservation, and she got angry and asked me when I wanted it... That was 3 years ago, so I do not know if she is still there now
