The director was very kind. I went expecting a long wait, but it wasn’t that long so I was caught off guard… I filled out my personal information, got a CT, took photos, and then saw the director right away. As soon as the director saw me, they asked whether I had a look I wanted, so I showed them photos, and from my perspective they said they were all different but all had a flashy almost-straight line. Before I even asked anything, they told me all kinds of things and showed me similar cases from the virtual surgery results. They showed noses that are popular these days too, but said that for my nose they would recommend this line more. The manager was extremely kind… they brought up everything I wanted to ask about before I could even ask: post-op care, splint and packing removal, after-service, and so on… They also told me that with autologous costal cartilage, the pain from the cartilage harvest is greater than the pain in the nose, and explained insurance claims well, very kind indeed. A bit like a professor who is friendly with students… Anyway, even though it was after quitting time, they still kindly replied when I sent a text asking something. For now I paid the reservation deposit and booked a date.
