The hospital facility is neat and has a quiet atmosphere. The director is blunt and cold. Because of that, it was not an easy atmosphere to ask questions, but they still answered my questions in detail and spoke accurately and professionally about the surgery, which made me trust them. They were not especially friendly, but the person who handled the consultation was really kind and explained things in detail, so I was satisfied.
