They were not extremely kind, but that actually made it better for me. In the consultation they clearly said what could be done and what could not be done. The explanation was professional. They had many cases of surgery for a bulbous nose, so I decided to have the surgery. I emphasized that I wanted a natural result, and it came out natural just as I wanted, so I am satisfied.
