Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Review of rhinoplasty after 2 or 3 years

It was about 2 years ago..... maybe around 3 years ago. I had ear cartilage grafting to the nasal tip, alar base reduction, and surgery to tie the alar cartilage? No silicone was inserted..

Before surgery, I had a large nose, so I liked the changed appearance in its own way. But looking at it these days, since I originally had a short nose and only cartilage was built up in the nose, the nasal tip is slightly upturned and it has a slightly half-boseon? shape, making the short-nose feeling stronger. That does not mean it is awful or anything; it is a nose that would suit a woman well. For men, a defined T-zone and a straight line tend to suit better, after all (though it depends on the person).

Anyway, so I am thinking about revision surgery these days, but I guess it would not be possible to lower only the nasal tip and lengthen the nose without putting in silicone, right? I am still a little afraid of artificial implants, so if there is a way, please leave a comment!
