It's day 3 after my nose surgery, and I just got back after having the cotton removed. My runny nose is seriously flowing so~~ much...... Does anyone know how long the runny nose lasts..? I also want to take off the splint quickly, but would removing it on day 4 be too soon...?? I'm really relieved that I don't have much swelling.. but my nose is running so much
