There is a consultation fee of 10,000 won. As soon as you go in, you fill out basic personal information and then take a DSLR photo with your hair pulled back. I then had about 20 minutes of consultation with the director while looking at the photos. They look directly into the nose, touch it, check it with cotton swabs, and measure angles with a protractor during the consultation. As I had heard, they seem to pursue a natural, safety-first approach, and they said they never use silicone. I have a hump and a drooping nose, so they suggested slightly smoothing the hump and lifting the tip with ear cartilage. The price was reasonable and I liked the before-and-after photos, but this was my first rhinoplasty consultation, so I plan to visit a few more places before deciding. People who want a flashy, dramatic result probably would not suit this place. Also, thigh fat stem-cell grafting? It seems like this procedure is applied commonly to all rhinoplasty patients.
