About 2 years ago I had candy canthoplasty + under-eye repositioning I had it done around the middle of candy stage 2? The effect was good. There is a little bit of returning upward again, but I am satisfied. If it lifts more, I would consider revision surgery I had it because I was recommended under-eye repositioning, and the hollow under-eye area lifted and the wrinkles also became a bit softer. Satisfied!
