I had incisional double eyelid surgery when I was very young, and the line was set way too high, uneven on both sides, and I had sausage eyes.. People kept asking me if I had just had double eyelid surgery. Then I had revision surgery here a few years ago. If I remember correctly, I think they only did eye shape correction, not revision double eyelid surgery. The line became much more natural than before. But the canthoplasty left scars. The front canthoplasty left a faint scar like an aegyo-sal line, and there is also a scar from the back canthoplasty. I think the canthoplasty was a bad choice.. Even before the front canthoplasty, my inner eye corners were a bit hooked-shaped, so I often got asked whether I had already had front canthoplasty, but they carved out the hook even more...... My eyes were so hopeless at first that things did improve a lot compared to then, but I do not recommend the canthoplasty.
