There was no CT scan at consultation, but there was DSLR photography. The hospital sent the reservation text incorrectly, so I came an hour early, and they said they would try to see me as early as possible, but I still ended up waiting more than an hour. That was tolerable, but after the manager consultation I had to wait another 30 minutes or more for the surgeon consultation lol If you are going, it seems better to go early in the morning or at the very end.. Nose surgery consultation alone costs 30,000 won, a consultation fee I had never even heard of haha.. After the consultation, they quoted 6 million won just for the nose surgery for a first surgery lol Even more, VAT was not included. I visited about 10 hospitals, and only two quoted over 4 million, and there was not a single place that went over 5 million, but if you include VAT, this was more than double the price of other hospitals. They said there are no discounts because there are no separate promotions or events. Since this was not even a hospital famous for nose surgery in the first place, I found it very hard to understand why they would quote that price. The consultation with the main surgeon about nose surgery was almost the same as what you can see on YouTube, so it felt like I was paying to watch a YouTube video again.. If I had not watched YouTube before going, it might have been a fairly useful consultation. The explanation itself was like a lecture, easy to hear and easy to understand. The consultation manager was kind, and there was no push to book surgery or put down a deposit, probably because it wasn't really necessary.. since they were so busy.
