Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> My nose was so low that I raised it by 4 mm, and they said some cartilage inside my nose was also insufficient, so they used donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. It’s been a little over 1 year since the surgery.. At first, my nose looked very crooked, but now I’ve just given up and am living with it. People around me still say the line looks pretty from the side. But if you look really closely, the silicone is slightly shifted to the left, which pisses me off, but my nose was originally so low that I don’t think it’s bothersome to the eye.
