I can’t believe staff can be this unfriendly. They were brusque from the very first reservation call, and even after I visited, their tone was completely mechanical. During the consultation, they just told me the price and kept answering with an irritated tone if I asked more questions. It’s surprising that a consultation manager like that exists these days, when every building seems to have a plastic surgery clinic.. The staff member was even more unfriendly than the director.
The director has a style that people will either like or dislike, but I only cared that the surgery turned out well, so I was fine with it. They showed me before-and-after photos of patients and photos of eye structure, and explained the surgical method and principles, which I liked. They’re not especially articulate, so you have to focus very hard to understand them.. If you don’t understand or repeat the same question, they said they’d throw you out, so I kept my eyes wide open and listened carefully haha;;
I had already decided to do it here, so I asked about this and that, but while I was briefly thinking about whether there was anything else to ask, they called the staff member on the phone and I got kicked out by the consultation manager right away (?) haha It was so absurd and funny that things went exactly like the review I had read there haha The consultation was about 10 minutes, and the consultation fee is 10,000 won.
The staff attitude didn’t make me feel great, but looking at the reviews and my overall impression, their skill seems good, so I’m planning to have the surgery here for now.
If I were friends with the director, I’d have said to change the staff first immediately ^^
