I got a consultation for removal and surgery while having permanent filler in the bridge and tip of my nose! The consultation with the doctor was about 10 minutes, And they recommended AestheFill filler and using septum cartilage for the tip. However, I have no intention of getting permanent filler.. and I want the tip done with ear cartilage, so I will not choose it..! There was no explanation of the nose shape during the consultation, so I have no sense of how the shape will turn out after surgery.. They did not even share any before-and-after photos..!
