I had full-face fat grafting 10 years ago. I went through a second round, and at the time my face had very little volume, so I think they put a lot in. As I’ve gotten older, my skin has gotten thin, so it feels like it is sagging. I am somewhat satisfied with the fat grafting, but I do not recommend overfilling.
