(Silicone + septal extension) The day before, I got a message asking if I could come 30 minutes earlier than my original appointment, so I went early, but they said they were in surgery and I had to wait 20 minutes. Before the consultation, I filled out a chart and took photos, then went in for the consultation. They compared it with my original nose photos and said it wasn't a difficult surgery. They said they were sure I would return to my original nose. They also palpated it and said it looked like they hadn't taken much septal tissue, so it didn't seem like saddle nose. I wasn't planning to have surgery here anyway, and I went because they were said to be good at palpation and kind, but from the start they fixed the idea that it wasn't a difficult surgery and that I would return, and seemed not to want to continue the consultation. Maybe because they had just come out of surgery and were tired..? It ended before I could even ask many questions. The opinion was that because of the lengthening, facial pain, headaches, and foreign-body sensation should be tolerated a little longer.
