(Silicone + septal extension) The day before, they contacted me asking if I could come 30 minutes earlier than my original appointment, so I went early, but I waited 20 minutes because they were in surgery. Before the consultation, I filled out a chart and took photos, then went in for the consultation. They compared it with photos of my original nose and said it was not a very difficult surgery. They were confident it would return to my original nose. They also did palpation, and said it seemed like not much septal cartilage had been harvested, so it probably would not be a saddle nose. I had no intention of having surgery here and went because I heard they were good at palpation and kind, but from the start they fixed the conclusion as, “It’s not a difficult surgery. It will go back.” They seemed like they didn’t want to continue the consultation much more. Maybe they were tired because they came out right after surgery... It ended without me being able to ask many questions. Their opinion was to keep tolerating the facial pain, headache, and foreign body sensation caused by the extension a bit longer.
