Honestly, it was so much better before the renovation, and by a lot. Back then, you could also see the doctor's schedule on KakaoTalk, so even if it was hard to always choose the same doctor, you could still coordinate to some extent. After the changes, the flow became weird, the staff looked exhausted, the locker room became cramped, and there were just more and more people in this strange way... It seems they also have part-time general practitioners on weekends.
