- If the septum is still there, recommended to use septal cartilage as support. If not, use ear cartilage. - I do not recommend osteotomy, but if osteotomy is needed - Removing silicone should not be a major problem - I do not recommend rib cartilage. Later on, there may be many surgeries to remove rib cartilage.
