It was my first surgery, but they quoted 11 million, the consultant said that if I used septal cartilage, it would definitely collapse later, definitely, so they recommended proceeding with autologous costal cartilage. It felt like I was being gaslit about autologous costal cartilage.. lol They seemed professional, but I was shocked by the absurd price
