They take photos of the area to be discussed before the consultation. And they also ask for quite a lot of personal information compared to other places.... I was a bit flustered. It is hard to get an appointment (they said I would need to wait a month), but I was able to go sooner because another person's reservation was canceled and a slot opened up. The director suggested two options, and rather than the double-incision method, we decided to stretch the eye skin with an eye massage and meet again a year later. They gave a solution different from other places, so I am torn. I think they were the most honest about what is possible and impossible, and the pros and cons of each surgery.
