It was so bad that the consultation fee felt wasted. I had gone there because it was supposedly somewhat famous, but the director looked annoyed from the start, and because the mask was covering their face, there were things I couldn't understand, and they would just sigh. It was completely terrible. Does the consultation manager normally stay in the exam room and keep watching from the back until the consultation ends? It's the worst. I don't want to have surgery at a place like this.
